Recurring patterns in your work, relationships, or other areas of your life often trace back further than they first appear. The way we were raised, the events of earlier generations, the unspoken inheritances of time and place. These can still shape how we lead, how we relate, and where we get stuck.
Organizations carry the same kind of weight. Conflicts between teams, leadership tensions, succession that won't settle, a system that resists change. These are rarely problems of strategy. They are signals of systemic dynamics held in place beneath the surface of the system.
My work makes those dynamics visible. By introducing a systemic perspective, we zoom out, because the question you come in with is rarely where the answer lives. Once the root cause can be seen, it brings clarity to the issue and reveals possible next steps. And often a small shift can restore the energy balance and bring back movement. People find relief. Teams start to move. Something that felt persistent begins to change.
Individual constellation
A private online session for anyone who feels stuck, repeating the same pattern, or experiencing a problem that doesn't go away whatever they try.
People come with many different questions or intentions. Recurring difficulties in relationships, with a partner, family members, or at work. Repeating patterns in their job, career, or money that won't shift whatever they try. Emotions, fears, or a heaviness that seem to have no clear origin, or that feel much larger than the moment calls for.
One session, between 60 and 90 minutes, is often enough to create movement on a specific issue. For those who want to go deeper, coaching trajectories are available.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to move.
Constellations for Conservation
For leadership and project teams in conservation and international development dealing with challenges that keep returning despite genuine effort.Organizations in this field come with different questions. Tension within the team or with partner organizations. A project that won't move forward. Land issues or strained relationships with local communities. Decisions about policy or approach that need clarity before the next step. The wider context, the people, the land, the history of the place, is often part of the question, not separate from it.
Tailor-made sessions based on the organization's needs. The first session is an interview to understand the issue from a systemic lens. Further sessions depend on what's needed. Facilitation sessions are held in person. When the work calls for a constellation, online is also possible. Teams leave with more clarity, less friction, and a shared sense of direction.
Groups Business Constellations
An online group constellation session for entrepreneurs and small business owners. We work with business questions that keep returning. Stuck revenue, difficult client dynamics, pricing blocks, a direction that isn't clear, or an expansion that won't move forward.
Participants bring their own question. We work with several during the session. While we work with one question, others represent or simply observe. You don't need to be in the center to gain insight.
All participants benefit. Many leave with unexpected clarity about their business, a sense of what's been blocking growth, and a readiness to take the next step.
